What this product is

Brass molding inserts are the metal thread that sits inside a plastic or PPR/CPVC fitting. Pipe-fitting and appliance OEMs specify the knurl, the thread (BSP, NPT or metric) and nickel or chrome plating. We machine CW614N inserts from the housing or fitting drawing, freeze a first article, then run counted production lots. This is the same insert family listed on our Alibaba Gold Supplier store — not a trader’s mixed carton.

Pipe-fitting and plastic-housing OEMs reject inserts when knurl OD or thread class drifts. We gauge both, plate as specified, and pack counted to the SKU.
