Solid brass neutral links and neutral bars for distribution boards, consumer units and LV switchgear — machined to pitch, thread and plating.
General
What this product is
A brass neutral link (also called an N-bar or neutral terminal block) is the current-carrying bar that collects the neutral conductors in a distribution board. We machine the bar in-house in Jamnagar from CW614N free-cutting brass, tap the clamping screws, plate nickel or tin when specified, and optionally fit an insulated PA66 stand. Ways, pitch, section and screw are drawing-controlled — the same fields a professional RFQ carries. First-article samples are offered before the production lot so incoming inspection matches the approved piece.
Buyers specify ways, pitch (10 / 12.5 / 15 mm), M4–M6 screws and nickel or tin plating. We quote CW614N (CuZn39Pb3 / EN 12164) with first-article samples before production lots.
