What this product is

Brass terminal inserts and terminal bars are the current-carrying parts inside ceramic, phenolic or thermoplastic connector housings. OEMs buy them as drawing-controlled inserts (studs, barrels, multi-way bars) with defined thread, plating and press-fit or mould-in geometry. We reverse from a sample or machine from STEP/PDF, freeze a first article, then run production on the same gauges. IEC 60947-7-1 alignment is available when the housing and creepage are the buyer’s design.

Repeat OEM programmes need stable dimensions, plating adhesion and batch traceability. First-article samples, then production with the same gauges.
