Tubular aluminium lugs and inline ferrules for aluminium cable. The barrel is crimped onto the cable with a hydraulic tool for a permanent, low-resistance joint.

What this product is

Crimp lugs are made from high-purity aluminium tube. One end is a barrel that takes the stripped cable; the other is flattened into a palm with a bolt hole. After crimping, the barrel grips the conductor permanently. Barrels can be pre-filled with oxide-inhibiting compound and sealed with a cap, so the joint stays clean in storage. Inline ferrules (sleeves) join two cables end to end. Sizes and hole positions follow your cable sizes and crimp dies.
